I promise I will get the full story up as soon as possible, but the short of the story is that I was in labor for 41 hours and ended up pushing for 4 before Isabel was born sleeping at 5:15 PM yesterday. We got to keep her for 19 hours and took pictures and made enough memories with her until we will be with her again. Here are some pictures of her...

I am very sorry for your loss. Isabella is beautiful. I also lost my son to anencephaly 4 years ago.

Sorry your labor was so long and so hard. Grateful for the tender mercies of God that mommy is ok and for having Isabell Jane for nineteen hours. I love all three of you, God bless you for your sacrifice. Mark and Jill take good care of each other and allow time to heel your hearts. Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year. Love Pat
41 hours...is that a typo? I hope so! I hope they gave you lots of drugs! I am sure this is a time of mixed emotions. I know you will always treasure every second you had to hold and be with Isabel. I hope you recover fast both in body and your hearts. Thinking about you guys......
Isabel's beautiful. I'm glad you got to hold her and spend time with her. I went through 14 hours of labour and was given so many drugs that I was too drugged out to tell the nurse I wanted to see Faith (and I really am kicking myself for it). We're thinking of you way over here in Singapore. ((hugs))
She is beautiful!!!
